  3. 3Contingent offerBuy contingent on selling. Simpler, but weaker in a competitive market.
  4. 4Rent-backSell, then rent your home back from the buyer for a set time.
  5. 5Bridge financingBorrow against your current equity to buy first. Ask your lender.
